Overview
The annual St. Augustine Half Marathon, now sponsored by the Columbia Restaurant and renamed the Columbia St. Augustine Half Marathon, will take place in November. The event consists of multiple races and running opportunities for all ages: a 5K, 10K, and Kids Race on Saturday and the Half Marathon on Sunday. A Runner's Expo will be open on both days at Francis Field.Races are walker-friendly, offering a unique opportunity to see the sights of the Ancient City along a scenic and comfortable route.The Half Marathon is walker friendly with a required 16 minute/mile pace.
Course details
The course starts at the Castillo de San Marcos, travels over the Bridge of Lions, to Anastasia Park, down Scenic Highway A1A, over the 312 Bridge, and then all the way back to Francis Field.
What's included
Parking for the Columbia St. Augustine Half Marathon will be available at the garage behind the venue Francis Field. It will be FREE before 7am for all participants and spectators, then parking will be available for $12 at the entrance.
Water stations will be located in the start and finish line area. Fluid stations with water and energy drinks will be located along the half marathon course after the 3 mile line approximately every mile.
Runners must be 15 years or older to participate. The 5k race is walker friendly, and is open to ages 12 and older. The maximum age for participants in the Kids race is 12 years old, and at least one parent for each child must be present at the start of the race.

St. Augustine Half Marathon® is WALKER FRIENDLY. The course will remain open for 3 hours and 30 minutes (16 minute/mile pace).
