Heart of America Marathon

Overview
This Annual Running of the Heart of America Marathon will be awesome. This is a well supported, very challenging well paved course. There will be good Law Enforcement support and many volunteers. The Course is very challenging, running through some picturesque, runs along the Missouri River, with an awesome finish line and post race support Shuttle to an outstanding pizza feed. All Race officials and race director provide an excellent event.
Course details
Start on Stadium Blvd(740) at Hearnes Center, west to Providence(163). Providence turns into Rt-K at Rock Bridge Park turn off. South on Rt-K to Old Plank Rd. Left on Old Plank Rd. to Smith Feed Mills Rt., to River Rd./MKT trail, to Easley. At Easley, take left on Rt-N, to Pierpont. Left on 163, through Rock Bridge Elementary to Providence. Right on Providence, back to Stadium Blvd. Right on Stadium to College Ave.(763). Left on College to Broadway. Left on Broadway to 7th St.(Finish)
What's included
Aid cars tour the course continuously. Aid Stations are about every two miles.
Framed posters to overall male & female winners; running shoes (from Tryathletics) to overall winners and first age 40+ male and female; plaques to first 3 males and females in age groups 0-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+; medallions and T-shirts to all finishers. Dave Schulte Award for the most improved HOA performance compared to a sub-five-hour HOA from the previous year
Water, Gatorade and ice.
