Hill Country Marathon

Overview
Set among the scenic rolling Hill Country roads, the course is designed to engage a runner’s desire for challenge, while providing a picturesque racing experience. Racers will have the chance to lose themselves in the pure and utter beauty of the Texas roads less traveled, and immerse themselves in the scenery often overlooked.Each race takes place on a paved course involving an out and back course on country roads with rolling hills, challenging climbs and gorgeous views. All races begin and end at the Marble Falls High School’s Mustang Stadium. The Hill Country Trivium is a Boston Qualifier and a USATF Certified Course.

Race takes place on a paved course involving an out and back course on country roads with rolling hills, challenging climbs and gorgeous views. All races begin and end at the Marble Falls High School’s Mustang Stadium. The Marathon runners will have three major hills, few low water crossings and beautiful country roads. The Marathon course is on the following major roads: Mormon Mill Rd which turns into CR 340 outside the Marble Falls city limits and CR 341.
What's included
Parking is availabe at the parking lot of the Marble Falls High School stadium.
There will be 9 Aid Stations along the course. Aid Stations will have water, Gatorade, sodas, fruit, and an assortment of quick-to-grab foods such as chips, nuts and pretzels. Hydration Stations will have water, salts and packaged snacks only.
Live bluegrass music from The Shady Rest Band. Finishers will receive pie from Bluebonnet Cafe upon crossing the finish line.
Finisher's Medal, All distances 1-5th Male/Female overall (39 and younger) All Distances: 1-5th Male/Female Masters (40+ is masters).

Local Hill Country food vendors will be selling nibbles.
