This flat 4 mile course is mostly on trail, but also features some sections on grass and tarmac.
Please try to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start, longer if you need to enter.
The event post code is NG11 6JS. Parking is available in the public car park. Please do not leave valuables in your car, and if you can, car share to avoid congestion.
Who can enter the Grand Prix?Runners must be 15 or older for all races except the 5K. 13 and 14 year olds can run the 5K only.What do I do with my race number?Please wear your number clearly on the front of your race clothing and do not fold or alter it. Please fill in the requested information on the reverse of your number. It must be clearly visible to officials at all times.Can I enter on the night?Entries on the night are accepted if the entry limit for each race (500) has not been reached.
