ILT Ascot Park Hotel Triathlon & Duathlon

The ILT Ascot Park Hotel Triathlon & Duathlon is at Splash Palace in Invercargill on . The triathlons can be raced individually or in realy teams or two or three; the duathlon can be raced individually or in a team of two. The swim/bike transition is at Splash Palace and the bike/run transition at Ascot Park.

8.45am registration 9.45am briefing 10.00am start 12.00pm bite to eat 12.30pm prizegiving

The event begins at Splash Palace, and finishes with a bite to eat and prizegiving at Ascot Park. Swim/bike transition is at Splash Palace. Bike/run transition is at Ascot Park.
