2020 Four States Triathlon

This is the 21st running of the Four States Triathlon. For their 21st race, they are moving the event to the beautiful Elliott Lake on the Red River Army Depot in Hook, Texas. Elliott Lake is a beautiful recreational venue with play grounds, sandy beach and several shared pavilions.

This race venue is still one of the fastest short course triathlons in the region and it is still great for beginners. In addition to that, the race is still very "family friendly" with a fun atmosphere. Lots of food, drinks and music!

The course consists of a 600 yard swim, a 14 mile ride and a 3 mile run.
