Marathon du Gabon

The Marathon will be given out at the heart of Libreville, along the coastline. After a first part in the center, through the roundabout of democracy, the riders will turn to the Friendship Stadium (21,097 km) and then back along the coast to a prestigious finish.

RACE From the age of 20 (first 3 H and F rewarded, with ranking) DEPARTURE The start of the marathon will take place Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 8:00 am at the traffic light of the Presidency. After a first part in the center, through the roundabout of democracy, runners will move to the Stadium of Friendship (km 21,097) and then return along the coast for a finish of prestige. CONVOCATION Convocation of the participants at 7:00 in front of the Presidential Palace REMOVE BIBS The bibs will be picked up at the Marathon Village located on the seaside opposite the Croisette Casino, which will be open on Thursday 29th, Friday 30th November from 10am to 7pm and on Saturday 1st December from 1pm to 5pm. Get ready for the Gabon Marathon with our free classes supervised by coaches. The weekly meeting not to be missed to be at the top on the day of the race. On the program, an hour of running, exercises to learn how to run properly, work on muscle building and cardio. The rhythm and exercises are adapted to all levels. Appointments every Saturday and Sunday morning at 8:30 in front of Léon Mba High School.
