Marathon Plovdiv

This event is going to be held on 29th April in Plovdiv. Plovdiv is a city older than Rome and Athens and contemporary of Troy and Mycenae. Along with the Faiyum (Egypt) and Sidon (Lebanon), Plovdiv is the fifth oldest city with continuous settlement in the world and first in Europe. He is also in the top ten of the most attractive tourism ancient cities alongside Athens, Jerusalem, Byblos, Beirut, Aleppo, Damascus, Varanasi and Sidon.
