Newburn River Run

Start Time 7.15 pm. It is 6 miles long, flat and predominately traffic free route.Starting on Blaney Row, runners follow the Keelman Waggon Way, over Wylam Bridge, then run along the River Tyne footpath and the course finishes at the Newcastle University Boathouse building.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION & collection of race number. Registration is open from 6pm at Race HQ which is Newburn Activity Centre, Grange Road, Newburn, Newcastle. NE15 8ND. Free Car Parking (vehicles parked at the owners risk). Please follow the marshal’s directions.

Facilities. Changing rooms, toilets & showers are available at the centre. NO baggage should be left in the changing area. Lockers are available.
