Back for the second year, NYRR Manhattan 7 Mile takes on a unique course in Central Park

Awards: Awards will be available to the top three men and women overall, as well as in age and gender groups. To be eligible for NYRR member prize money, participants must have an active NYRR membership for six months prior to race day.
The course is one counter-clockwise lap of Central Park’s six-mile loop, plus one mile on the lower loop of the park. The race starts on West Drive near 63rd Street and finishes on the 72nd Street Transverse near Bethesda Terrace.
Race Number PickupNumbers (which include your timing tag) and cotton T-shirts may be picked up at the NYRR RUNCENTER at 320 West 57th Street (between Eighth and Ninth avenues) on the following dates. Please pick up during the week to avoid crowds on race day. Race-day lines may impact your ability to get to the start on time. T-shirt sizes are subject to availability; please note that T-shirts may not be available at race-day pickup.If you're unable to pick up your race materials, a friend or family member can pick up for you; the person will need your QR code (printed or digitally). Where can I park my bike at Central Park?Biking to NYRR races is encouraged. Please use the proper locations for bicycle parking. Do not lock your bicycle to any temporary fence or structure that is part of the race. Besides being a safety hazard, your bicycle might be in the way of race operations. Biking to Central ParkPlease be respectful of Central Park and use approved bike parking locations.
