Overview
This is a 5k suitable for all abilities. This is thousands of women uniting with one purpose. Walk, jog or run. Raise valuable funds for research. THIS IS BEATING CANCER.
Course details
The Crawley course takes you on a journey through Tilgate Park. The route includes paths that take you through the woodland and around the Lake. The majority of the route is on pathways or road with a few woodland paths to negotiate.Course is not Wheelchair Friendly, due to the wood area and terrain of course.
What's included
The start line is located on the grass between the Play park and Tilgate Lake.
Don’t forget to bring your friends and family along to support you. They can also enjoy Tilgate Park and activities it has on site eg. the Zoo, Go Ape, hire a boat and a great childrens park.
