It is suitable for all levels of running ability due to the infinite number of routes to choose from. Some routes might be very technical with slippery roots, loose shale and other obstacles to negotiate, while others will be less taxing. Trail running has even been said to have a number of benefits over road running thanks to the varied running surfaces. When Will I Get my Race Number?Your race bib will be available for collection on race day between 6:15am – 7:00am.If I Sign Up For the Series and I Cannot Compete in a Race, am I Able to Get a Refund? If you are not able to compete in a race or you are injured there will not be a refund as this is already discounted.Do I Have To Carry a Water Bottle?Scenic Rim Trail Running Series has a no cup policy.
