Stissing Triathlon

The Stissing Sprint Triathlon is a beautiful race course that encompasses a small town, rolling hills and Stissing Lake in Dutchess County. It is a family friendly, welcoming event, which is great for both beginners and competitive triathletes.

Age group awards and wave starts as follows: 16 & 17yr old, 14 & 15, 12 & 13, 10 & 11, 8 & 9, 6 & 7, 5 & UNDER.Award ceremony following race along with BBQ, music and fun.
