This 42.2 km race, over relatively flat terrain, will take runners past three lakes and through three villages while surrounding them with the beautiful autumn colours of Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. The PEC Marathon is embraced by the entire community and together with the 500 volunteers the PEC Marathon is recognized as the largest community event. The Marathon continues to be proud of its on going status as a Boston Qualifier.

Water Stations begin at 4km and will provide water and NUUN hydration energy drinks (www.nuuncanada.com) at approximately every 4th KM (4KM, 8KM, 12KM, 16KM, 20KM, 24KM, 28KM, 32KM, 36KM, 40KM).

For those looking to arrange accommodations, Prince Edward County has a variety of Cottages, Bed & Breakfasts, Resorts, Motels and Inns to meet our participants needs, including a contributing sponsor Isaiah Tubbs Resort & Conference Centre, located just minutes from the Half Marathon start line.

All finishers will receive a commemorative medal. First, second and third place male and female finishers in each of the full and half marathon events will be awarded cash prizes. First, second and third place winners in the team challenge events (irrespective of designation) will be awarded cash prizes.
