Windsor & Eton 5km, 10km, 15km Run

This is the premier Winter Run Series to take part in. These events are perfect for anyone looking to get fit or take part in their first event. Dorney Lake is the perfect venue for Running Events.100% accurate course and 100% traffic free. A fast and fun race. Perfect winter conditioning. This fun and exciting Run Series will put you in good form for the coming season.
Course details
Run CourseThe 5km run will be 1 lap, the 10km run will be 2 Laps and the 15km run will be 3 lapsOn completion of the relevant running course proceed into the finish line funnel to collect your finishers medal. The 10km, & 15km runs go through the finish funnel after each lap, to give you a 5km run split.Please remember to hand your timing chip in (if you have one and we are using chip timing) before collecting drinks and refreshment after crossing the line. Failure to hand in your timing chip will result in a £10 surcharge to cover the replacement of the chip.

TimingsFrom 9.30am - Arrival - please do NOT arrive before this time10.45am - Mandatory Event Briefing (in the main marquee)11.00am - All races will start together (next to main marquee)Event Registration Located by the Main Marquee as you enter the lake on the right hand side. As you arrive at the event registration marquee a member of staff will give you your event number.You will then receive:1. Bib number. To be worn on the front when you are running and back when you are biking. It is recommended to wear an elastic race belt.2. Depending on the number of competitors, you may be asked to have your event number written on your hand. Staff to write your number in permanent marker that washes off skin.3. Timing chip. This is supplied with a Velcro band to secure to your ankle. (DO NOT WEAR THE TIMING CHIP ON YOUR WRIST! ONLY TO BE WORN ON YOUR ANKLE)
LocationDorney Lake, Eton College Rowing Centre, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 6QPHow to get thereDorney Lake is ideally placed, being within easy reach of London, Heathrow Airport, the M4 corridor and the M25, M40 and M3 motorways. It is also well served by the rail network.Car ParkingOn arrival to the site a F3 Marshal will meet you at the front gate. They will direct you on to the main access road. Race registration is only 50m walk from the car park. Perfect distance for warming those running legs up!
The event location is one of the most iconic 2012 London Olympic Games venues, which hosted the rowing and canoe disciplines. It's the perfect location for spectators and family to attend and soak up the atmosphere. Food and drinks will also be available through our catering facilities, plus fun and games for kids of all ages!!!
Late entriesEntries taken within 2 weeks of the event & on the day of the event will include an additional £5 to the entry fee. Please note there is also an additional booking fee.
